R. Stanton Dodge is Chief Legal Officer at DraftKings. Prior to joining DraftKings, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of DISH Network.

Stanton is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colorado Concern, is a member of the boards of directors of EchoStar Corporation and National Jewish Health, and serves on the Supreme Court Nominating Commission for the State of Colorado.

Stanton grew up and in New England, where he received a degree in accounting from the University of Vermont, and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

Stanton and his wife, Lindsey, have three children and live in Castle Rock.
